These terms govern your use of acrontrade.com (the “Site”), operated by Acron Trading. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
What the Site is
The Site provides information about fertilizer product families, delivery configuration and a way to start supply requests. The trading portal is a separate application. Binding commercial terms are set only in contracts or confirmed offers — not by browsing product pages.
No public offer
Product descriptions, grades, packaging options and illustrative content are informational. They are not an offer to sell, a price quote, or an agronomic recommendation. Quotations and offers follow verification and request review.
Requests and accounts
You must provide accurate company and contact information. We may decline, pause or reverse access if information is incomplete, misleading or fails verification. Creating a buyer account does not guarantee that any request will be fulfilled.
Acceptable use
- Use the Site only for lawful B2B fertilizer trading purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or probe the Site or portal beyond normal use.
- Do not submit false identities, fabricated company details or fraudulent documents.
- Do not use the Site to solicit unrelated services or to harass staff or other users.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design are owned by Acron Trading or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission, except for reasonable internal evaluation of our products and services.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is complete for every jurisdiction. Fertilizer handling and application remain subject to local law and your own technical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acron Trading is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Liability related to a specific sale is governed by the contract for that transaction, not by these website terms alone.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Material changes may also be communicated by email or site notice where appropriate.
