Fraud Prevention

Last updated: August 2026

Fertilizer trade attracts impersonation and payment fraud. This page explains how we work and how you can protect your company when dealing with Acron Trading via acrontrade.com.

Our official channels

Treat lookalike domains, unexpected payment-instruction changes and pressure to pay outside contracted channels as red flags.

What we will not do

  • We will not ask you to send funds to a personal account or an unverified third party “to unlock” a quotation.
  • We will not demand urgent crypto or gift-card payments.
  • We will not send binding bank-detail changes only by unsolicited email without confirmation through known contacts.

What you should do

  • Confirm you are on acrontrade.com before entering company credentials.
  • Verify bank and payment details through a known phone contact or the portal — not only from a new email thread.
  • Use business email addresses that match your registered company.
  • Complete verification before relying on large commercial commitments.
  • Keep internal dual-control on payment releases for commodity trades.

If something looks wrong

Stop the payment or document exchange. Contact us at acron@acrontrade.com with the message headers, domains and any payment instructions you received. Early reports help protect other buyers.

Our measures

We use company verification, controlled document access in the portal, and review of unusual request patterns. See also Compliance.
