Compliance

Last updated: August 2026

Acron Trading conducts B2B fertilizer trade through verified counterparties. This page summarizes how we approach compliance on acrontrade.com and related trading processes. It is practical guidance, not legal advice for your jurisdiction.

Trade controls and sanctions

We do not knowingly engage in transactions that violate applicable sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions. Buyers must not request supply intended for prohibited destinations, end uses or parties. We may request additional information or decline a request where risk cannot be cleared.

Counterparty verification

Company accounts go through verification before trading progresses. We may ask for corporate registration details, beneficial ownership information where required, and confirmation of business purpose. Incomplete or inconsistent data can delay or stop a request.

Product and destination rules

Some fertilizers (including certain nitrogen products) are subject to transport, storage or licensing rules that vary by country. Buyers are responsible for knowing destination requirements. We align documents with the contracted grade and agreed terms; we do not replace local regulatory advice.

Anti-bribery and integrity

We expect counterparties to deal honestly. Offering or soliciting improper payments, gifts or favors in connection with Acron Trading business is prohibited. Report concerns to acron@acrontrade.com.

Records

We retain transaction and verification records as needed for compliance, audit and contractual purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
